A seasoned motivational speaker, writer, coach, emcee, spoken word artist, and storyteller, Tiffany is dedicated to inspiring individuals to embrace their authentic selves and confidently navigate life’s diverse spaces. She is unwavering in her commitment to ensuring that everyone she meets feels genuinely, seen, heard, and valued. Family holds a special place in Tiffany's heart, as she is happily married and a proud mother of three beautiful now adult daughters. Tiffany’s journey took a transformative turn in 2007 when her corporate career ended abruptly. Undeterred, she followed her true passion for using her voice and writing to inspire change. Her personal experiences of overcoming uncertainties and disappointments give her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those pursuing their dreams. With unwavering faith in God, self-determination, and a resilient support system, Tiffany emerged stronger and now serves as a guiding light for others. Fueled by unwavering faith and determination, she returned to school, earning a BA in English with a minor in creative writing just shy of her 49th birthday, proving that it’s never too late to follow your dreams.

During the same period of time, in line with her mission, Tiffany has introduced the “You Belong in the Room” Encouragement retreats and boxes. These retreats create a safe space for women to embrace their true authentic selves, while the unique boxes feature her book, “Living in the Land of I Am — Your Life Story Reveals your Purpose,” along with personalized poetry postcards. Most importantly, these boxes spotlight other female entrepreneurs, allowing talented women without brick-and-mortar stores to be showcased and celebrated. Through these boxes, Tiffany feels she is taking these women into the rooms she has been invited into, supporting their businesses and highlighting their talents.

Through workshops, storytelling, encouragement coaching, speaking engagements, and her inspiring book, Tiffany consistently imparts her message of embracing who you are created to be. A dynamic speaker who commands the stage, she believes that success isn’t solely measured by financial figures but by the courage to remain true to oneself while pursuing purpose.
