Women’s Ministry Leader, The Well Community Church | NICU Respiratory Care Management Coordinator | Breakout Speaker
Dahlia is a devoted woman of God, mother, leader, teacher, and passionate advocate for women discovering who God has called them to become in every season of life.
She serves in the women’s ministry at The Well Community Church, where she has a heart for encouraging, teaching, and walking alongside women as they navigate faith, motherhood, identity, purpose, and the many transitions of life. Known for her wisdom and compassionate counsel, she has become a trusted voice for women seeking biblical perspective and encouragement through the challenges and joys of motherhood and womanhood.
Professionally, Dolia serves as the Management Coordinator of Respiratory Care Services of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Transport Program at a tertiary hospital. Her years of working in healthcare have strengthened her leadership, communication, compassion, and ability to remain grounded in high-pressure situations while caring for others.
Her passion, however, extends far beyond her career. She is passionate about helping women understand that their story does not become smaller with age, it can become richer, deeper, and more purposeful. She especially has a heart for women in their 50s who are entering a new season of life and asking, “What is God calling me into now?” She encourages women to embrace reinvention, pursue purpose, and confidently step into the next chapter God has prepared for them.
As a mother, mentor, and spiritual leader, she has a unique heart for helping mothers navigate motherhood through a kingdom perspective, learning to lead their homes, raise their children, and steward their influence while remaining rooted in Christ.
She is also the upcoming author of Kingdom Conversations, a book born from her passion for creating meaningful, faith-filled conversations that encourage our daughters to grow in wisdom, faith, identity, and purpose.
Above all, Dolia is passionate about Jesus. Whether she is teaching, leading, counseling, caring for patients, encouraging a mother, or simply having a conversation with another woman, her desire is to point people back to Christ and remind them that they are never too old, too late, or too far along in their story for God to use them.
Her message is simple but powerful: there is still purpose in you, there is still becoming ahead of you, and when God calls you into a new season, you can walk into it with confidence.
