Founder of Secret Sisters | Managing Partner, SQT Partners | Speaker
Annamay Larson is a Kingdom builder with a burden to awaken what God has placed inside people and call it into action. She gathers people, strengthens vision, and creates environments where faith is demonstrated. Her desire is for people to encounter the Holy Spirit, surrender fully to God, and find the courage to live, lead, and serve from what He has placed within them.
Annamay founded Secret Sisters in 2016 as a small prayer group that grew into a sisterhood of hundreds of women. What began in prayer became a place of connection, encouragement, and spiritual growth. She has since supported street outreach, guided ministry leaders, and coached Kingdom-minded business owners. Through Divine Influence, she creates public gatherings for Ruach and Upper Room Rave, bringing ministries together to worship, pray, and make room for the presence of the Holy Spirit in the streets.
Annamay believes the presence of God should be carried into homes, businesses, and communities. She has acted on that belief, taking steps of faith before she knew exactly how each one would unfold. Secret Sisters, Divine Influence, and the work she is building with Brent all grew from trusting God with what was in front of her and moving.
That same willingness to build shaped SQT Partners. Annamay and her husband, Brent E. Larson Sr., saw frontline teams who needed clearer standards and operators who needed those standards carried consistently beyond themselves. Together, they created SQT Partners. Brent serves as Founding Partner, and Annamay serves as Managing Partner. They partner with restaurant and convenience store operators to turn standards into action, action into consistency, and consistency into results. Their Speed, Quality, and Trust approach equips frontline teams, managers, and owners to carry those standards through every shift and customer experience.
Seeing young people enter the workforce without a strong foundation also led them to develop First Shift. Its purpose is to prepare them with work ethic, workplace etiquette, responsibility, and confidence.
Reverence for God grounds the way Annamay builds and leads. She holds close Proverbs 9:10: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”
She also carries the reminder, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). What takes root in the heart eventually becomes visible in a person’s life. That is why Annamay urges people to examine their desires and bring them before the Father, mindful of the warning in Romans 1:24 that God gave people over to “the sinful desires of their hearts.”
Annamay’s invitation is to kneel before the King in repentance and surrender, then respond to the Holy Spirit’s leading. To die to self is to discover true life. She wants people to ask the Holy Spirit to search their hearts, purify their motives, and guide their next step. They do not have to wait for perfect conditions or perfect confidence to obey God.
“Your peace is His Permission.” — Annamay Larson
Across everything she builds, Annamay calls people to trust God with what He has placed within them and allow that trust to become visible through surrender, obedience, courage, and action.
