Alexis Celestine

Alexis Celestine is a woman of God, certified personal trainer, entrepreneur, children’s book author, speaker, and passionate advocate for women becoming confident in who God has called them to be.

Through her ministry and her work in fitness, Alexis is passionate about helping women grow in their faith, strengthen their bodies, renew their minds, and walk boldly in their God-given identity. She believes that confidence is not about becoming someone else, it is about discovering who God created you to be and having the courage to live from that identity.

As a certified personal trainer and the founder of Valora Athletics, Alexis uses fitness as a platform for transformation, teaching women that caring for their bodies can be an act of stewardship, discipline, and worship. Her passion extends beyond physical transformation into spiritual and personal growth, particularly for women navigating their identity, purpose, confidence, and seasons of becoming.

Alexis is also the creator of Growing & Flowing with Alexis, a faith-centered platform focused on young womanhood, personal growth, faith, and the beautiful process of becoming. Through speaking, content creation, fitness, and ministry, she hopes to remind women that they do not have to shrink themselves, compare themselves, or wait until they feel “ready” to step into what God has placed inside of them.

At the heart of everything Alexis does is one desire: to glorify God by helping people become stronger in their faith, grounded in their identity, and courageous enough to answer their calling. She believes that when you know who you are in Christ, you can walk into any room, not because you have all the answers, but because you know the One who called you. She is a firm believer that when we surrender our desires, our voice and plan to Jesus, He can use it to reach places we never could on our own.
